Tombolo Company offers a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. We strive to make the process as seamless as our signature cabana shirts to ensure you find your perfect fit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund or exchange has been processed.
